Parish Administrator (Part-Time – 20 hrs/week, Living Wage employer)
Anglican Parish of Lower Hutt
We’re looking for a digitally confident, super-organised Parish Administrator to help keep our parish running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Manage admin systems and digital tools
- Oversee finances and payroll
- Coordinate bookings for both churches and the Parish Community Centre
- Support worship resources and publications
- Support compliance processes and maintain accurate documentation.
We’re looking for:
- Strong digital literacy (CRM (Infoodle), Microsoft Office, Xero, Wordpress, Proclaim, Canva, Facebook)
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Eligibility:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Aotearoa New Zealand.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo Police vetting.
