Expression of Interest: Governance & Property Advisor

The Anglican Diocese of Wellington is seeking expressions of interest for a Governance & Property Advisor (0.75 FTE, 30 hours per week).

This permanent part-time role offers a unique opportunity to support our transformative movement of local faith communities by providing expert advice across governance and property matters. Reporting to the Diocesan Manager, you will advance strategic priorities, guide our governance bodies in property decision-making and support mission units with general property advice.

We are looking for a results-driven self-starter who can juggle multiple key projects simultaneously whilst providing sound generalist advice across governance and property matters. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a track record working within regulatory environments, experience within the property sector, and the ability to work independently.
