Governance & Project Coordinator (0.65FTE 26 Hours p/w)
The Anglican Diocese of Wellington is seeking to recruit a Governance & Project Coordinator (0.65 FTE, 26 hours per week).
As our Governance and Project Coordinator, you'll be the strategic partner to our Diocesan Manager, ensuring critical projects move forward and governance functions run seamlessly.
We are seeking an individual who shares the mission and values of our Diocese and will work closely with our Bishops, parish leaders, and governance bodies to support local faith communities and advance the Wellington Diocese’s Mission and Vision. Part of this role would also be focused on coordinating key projects that support the wider Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia.
This isn't your typical coordination role. You'll lead delegated projects independently, coordinating complex projects across multiple workstreams and producing governance-level reporting for key stakeholders.
This role will suit someone who takes initiative, provides clear and robust advice to support effective decision-making.
