About the Role:

As the Team Leader of Shop 89, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team of volunteers, fostering the missional heart of the shop, ensuring smooth shop operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive team culture, driving sales growth, and maintaining our commitment to the vision, mission, and values of Peninsula Parish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and retain volunteers.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Monitor and drive sales growth.

• Maintain operational efficiency and adherence to budgets.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Foster a positive team culture and high morale.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service and team leadership.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Commitment to the vision, mission, and values of Peninsula Parish and Shop 89.
