Payroll Administrator (0.2FTE)

We're looking for a Payroll Administrator who will be a key member of our small National Office team, which supports the work of hospital chaplains across the country. 

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all chaplaincy staff, including managing payroll records, processing timesheets, handling special payments for chaplains on call, and administering payments to locums. The Payroll Administrator also ensures compliance with relevant employment regulations, maintains accurate payroll documentation, and provides payroll-related support to chaplains and management.

This position requires strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. It is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a supportive and mission-driven environment while ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes.
