The Anglican Diocese of Wellington is seeking an organised and motivated Children and Family Administration Support Person to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role provides vital administrative and secretarial support to the Diocesan Children and Family Ministry, ensuring the smooth operation of ministry activities across the Diocese.
Location: Anglican Diocese of Wellington
Hours: 16 hours per week
Term: Fixed-term (12 months, parental leave cover)
Reports to: Team Leader for Diocesan Children and Family Ministry
Key Purpose of Role:
To support the ministry of the Whānau Discipling Team and local Children and family ministers through providing resourcing and regular communications to and on behalf of the regional Whānau Disciplers and ensuring team administrative resources are running smoothly.

Passionate about supporting and resourcing the Christian discipleship of Children & Families.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Strong computer and digital skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and supportive team player with attention to detail.
Some days will be based at the Anglican Centre in Wellington.
