Te Korōria is a contemporary and attractive and unique community enterprise operated by Karori Anglican Church on the only high street in Karori. It is a new 70 -seater café with a three level ‘pay as you enter’ soft play for children 2 – 12 years of age. The café currently serves high quality barista coffee and a counter menu of light refreshments and lunches.

In this role you will:

• Manage the day to day operations of hospitality and soft play spaces within Te Korōria.  You will be setting the culture of the Te Korōria team which is the front face of Karori Anglican to the wider community. 

• Ensure guests and customers are welcomed, that the café is operating effectively and within MPI regulations and is financially sustainable. 

• Be able to identify needs in the community and work together with the board and staff to plan and implement response to it.
