Financial assistance towards training of clergy and laity for pastoral work in the Wellington Diocese/ Te Upoko o Te Ika; grants towards staffing of parishes where finances are inadequate, with particular reference to promotional work in developing areas; benevolent aid to clergy who have served Wellington Diocese/ Te Upoko o Te Ika but by reason of ill health, old age or financial stress are in need of monetary assistance.
