Guided by Spiritual Director Helen Grey, this retreat offers space to step back from the noise and let God’s creation nurture your spirit. Whether you are new to retreats or have attended before, all are welcome.

Time for rest, prayer, and reflection in nature
Creative practices to deepen your connection with God
Light refreshments and lunch provided
A warm, welcoming space for beginners
