"Godly Play-style workshop - 7 June - St Andrew's, Plimmerton

Are you considering the possibility of Godly Play for your children's or intergenerational ministry in your parish? Are you new to Godly Play? Perhaps you are a seasoned practitioner with lots to share or a desire to connect with others who are exploring Godly Play. The Rev. Miriam Freeman-Plume (Pauatahanui) and Rev. Colette Stevens (Otaki) are offering a two-day Godly Play-style workshop for anyone interested in learning more about Godly Play, for refreshing what you might already know, and for those keen to give it a try. For those parishes exploring Godly Play as an option for their ministry context, we encourage someone in parish leadership (e.g. the relevant vestry member) to attend as well.

The cost for the workshops is $20 per person to cover the cost of lunch and refreshments on both days. The two days build on each other, but if you can only attend one of the two, please contact Colette (auntielolly6@gmail.com) to discuss. The first workshop day will be particularly relevant for those wanting to understand Godly Play in a deeper way, with the second being more a practical application of what we have learned in the first session.
