The Accounts & Property Support role plays a key part in providing dedicated financial and administrative support to property development projects for our mission units and investment portfolio.
About the role
This part-time role reports directly to the Finance Manager and is responsible for ensuring accurate financial tracking, reporting, and coordination of property-related projects and investment portfolio, contributing to the effective stewardship of our property and investment assets.
About you
We're looking for someone with:
· Proven experience in financial administration, project accounting, or property finance support and investments monitoring and reporting
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to prepare, interpret, and monitor budgets and financial reports
· Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
· Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
· A proactive, self-motivated, solutions-focused approach
· Commitment to providing high-quality support
· Strong alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Anglican Diocese of Wellington
