Synod 2026 Report Template

The deadline for reports and photos is Monday 8 June 2026.

Synod reports provide an opportunity for ministry groups connected to the Diocese to share highlights from their mission and ministry since Synod was last in session. This is your chance to encourage our whole Movement by raising the profile of what your ministry does in a way that we can see how it relates to our shared Diocesan mission.

We love hearing the stories of how God has been at work across all the different parts of our expression of Jesus’ body.

Please read all the information below before beginning your report. This helps ensure that your stories are captured through the lens of our Diocesan Mission and Values.

We are continuing to use a report template. Please use this to complete your report. This will provide a way for you to tell your ministry story while focusing on our shared Diocesan mission of being disciple makers, rooted in our land (see Appendix One in link). We would then love to hear how your goals for your year ahead feed into our shared Mission and Values.

1. Please limit your answers to three to four sentences if you can.

2. Please provide 1-2 photos in landscape orientation to accompany your report (please attach separately to the report). This is a wonderful way to grab people’s attention and draw them into your story!
