Schedule A - Mission Unit Statistics
Due 31 March
Schedule A collects statistical information from our Mission Units, which is used for:
Understanding trends across the diocese
Assessing Mission Unit health
Statement of Service Performance (SSP) reporting – a requirement to retain our charitable status
Please retain all relevant evidence indicated in the Schedule A Guide as it may be required by our auditors to verify our SSP report data.
We recommend gathering all necessary information using the guide before completing the online form as you will not be able to save your progress and return to it later.

Schedule B - Parish Finances
Due 28th February
Schedule B collects financial information for the Mission Unit Budget Share calculation.
Treasurers should ensure that the 31 December financial information is completed in Xero by 28 February at the latest. If you have any queries, please contact the Diocesan Finance team at accounts@anglicanmovement.nz.
Schedule B is available in your Xero now. If you have any corrections to make, please email accounts@anglicanmovement.nz detailing your changes.
Schedule C - Building Assessments
Due 30 June
The Schedule C Building Assessment Form is used to check the safety and condition of our buildings. Please use the forms provided to assess all your buildings, ensuring they are safe and compliant with regulations. This form will help identify any maintenance needs and keep the building safe for worship and community activities.
Please use the Residential Building Assessment for all vicarages and rental houses. Use the Liturgical Building Assessment for all other buildings.
All buildings in the diocese must be assessed annually.
If you are doing a physical inspection, we recommend you print the form to make notes before completing the form online.

Schedule D - Mission Unit Roles
Due 30th April
Schedule D collects contact information for Mission Unit staff and volunteers in key roles, including ministry and elected governance positions.
This includes all individuals (not just key leaders) involved in children and youth ministries, and those working with vulnerable adults in areas such as food security, grief ministries, and pastoral care.
This information is primarily used for communication purposes.
Please review the Excel workbook for your parish. Please add any new people, make and highlight any changes, and note who needs to be removed.
Please upload your completed workbook or email it to reception@anglicanmovement.nz by 30 April.
Declaration of Adherence and Submission to The Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia
Due 30th April
The Declaration of Adherence and Submission to The Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia form is used by elected officers and vestry members of the Anglican Church to formally affirm their commitment to General Synod's rules and regulations.
The form should be signed on taking office and we recommend you have the form available at your AGM to be signed at the conclusion of the meeting.

Diocesan Clergy Contact Details Update
Due 28 February
Each year we publish the names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of all the clergy in the Diocese in the Diocesan Yearbook, along with their qualifications and current appointments.
If any of your clergy's contact details have changed since last year, please notify us by completing the Diocesan Clergy Change of Contact Details form online.
