I feel a call on my life to disciple others. My husband and I have spent the last 6 years living in intentional community, and dipping our toes into church leadership. I have learned a lot about spiritual formation and discipleship from our leaders, Caleb and Billy Rowe.
I have experienced real change in my life, and felt freedom from the things that had once hindered me. Through prayer, surrounding myself with others on the journey, and engaging in spiritual practices I have been discovering a different way of doing life than before. I still have a long way to go in my journey to wholeness, but I praise God for how far he has brought me thus far. I often think, if my life has gotten this much better and richer in the last 10 years, imagine where I will be in the next 10!
This is God's heart for us all, he longs for us to be whole and live full and satisfying lives through deep relationship with Him. I feel a call to help others in their walk with God, to pursue discipleship, and to experience wholeness and fullness of life that comes from living in relationship with God. This is why I feel called to become a priest, because I believe God has given me a passion for discipleship and seeing people be made whole.
