Victoria Brown

Having lived in an intentional discipling community for 6 years, I have developed a deep love for discipleship. I have experienced God in my life in ways I hadn't imagined before. I have also had the privilege of being able to see God move in the lives of those I am ministering to, through our small group, Alpha groups, prayer ministry, and more. 

Most recently, we have been ministering in partnership with the local Lutheran Church, and are really excited to be replanting All Saints Whanganui East and seeing God's kingdom come in this suburb. 

I have been so surprised the past few years about the ways God has provided for me in the roles he has called me into. I am really looking forward to seeing what he provides in the future, and seeing his amazing work. 

It is a real privilege to work and serve in Whanganui. There is a fantastic team we minister with here. The new style of Ordination Training that we have had with Mark and Raewyn, led by Billy and Caleb, has been so helpful for our mahi. I am most especially blessed to be serving alongside Hayden and doing family on mission together. 

A big thanks to the diocese team for supporting our development, and most especially to Billy and Caleb who have been leading and discipling us for many years.

Victoria will be ordained on Sunday 15 November at 2:30 pm at Christ Church, Whanganui.
