Invitation to live in a brand new Discipleship House

Are you interested in living with other young adults, and being discipled and mentored within a lively, intergenerational parish?

Peninsula Parish (Anglican Parish of Miramar, Seatoun and Strathmore) is building a new home specifically for discipleship on the land beside the current vicarage in Miramar. Lord-willing, this will be completed in the beginning of the New Year.

Our vision and prayer is that this home, and the investment we commit to making in the lives of those who live in it, establishes a discipleship community of young adults who are active in our parish life and who will champion the spiritual growth of children and youth in the parish through relationship, discipleship and evangelism.

Life in this home will include a commitment to Christian formation, rhythms of prayer and hospitality, and intentional time for discipleship.

More information will be available in the coming months as building time frames are confirmed, but if you are currently discerning your plans for next year, consider whether God might be inviting you to be part of this new initiative.
