Overview
We can provide you with access to the Microsoft 365 Apps (formerly Microsoft Office) at charity rates. This does not include email or document storage (OneDrive or SharePoint). The setup will include a dedicated email account used solely for licensing the applications. This account does not function as an active email inbox. Your own email address can then be added to Outlook for regular use.
We have two options available:

Business Standard
Business Standard includes desktop apps for

It can be installed on up to 5 devices and costs $6.47 + gst per month, invoiced quarterly (2026 pricing).
Business Basic
Business Basic includes online apps (which have less functionality than the desktop apps) for:
Word
Outlook
Excel
PowerPoint,
OneNote
Can be accessed from anywhere using a browser and it is free.
