Ordination of Bishop Susan Wallace as Bishop of te Waipounamu

Bishop Justin and Bishop Anashuya joined with hundreds of others at the Transitional Cathedral on Saturday to celebrate the ordination of Bishop Susan Wallace as Bishop of te Waipounamu.

Pīhopa Susan was ordained and installed by the Primates, The Most Reverend Dr Donald Tamihere, The Most Reverend Sione Ulu’ikalepa, and The Most Reverend Justin Duckworth. Up to 16 bishops were present and assisted in the laying of hands on the new bishop.
