Practices of Repentance

To accompany our Stories of Freedom study materials, Bishop Eleanor has shared with us five practical ways we can engage in repentance during this season of Lent.  You can watch her on the videos, or download the PDFs and read about the practices either alone or in your small group settings.

She says that sometimes our hearts and our minds need to hear what our mouths say, so this service offers a structure in which we can confess our sins with a trusted brother or sister, or a priest, and is usually done within Holy Week but can be done at other times as well.
