AYM Leadership

Bishop Justin is pleased to announce a new shared leadership structure for Anglican Youth Movement (AYM) Wellington South.

Andy Spence, Jesse and Jess Duckworth have been appointed and have started in this important role.

+Justin says, “A shared role gives us the reach and capacity to deliver a programme of excellence across the southern part of the Diocese. Part of their role will include responsibility for Diocese wide youth events such as Easter camp.”

He says, “We are so excited about what Andy, Jesse and Jess will get up to and achieve. Their love for God and living a Jesus lifestyle is infectious and their heart for youth and understanding of what’s needed in that space is clear. They go into this role with my blessing.”

This announcement is the first step, in Anglican Movement’s commitment to provide great AYM leadership across the Diocese. We continue to explore leadership options for AYM in the North of the Diocese.

Andy, Jesse and Jess are cracking into this work and have ambitious plans to see more youth impacted by the love of Jesus through the AYM events and community.

Anglican Movement whānau pray God's grace and abundance for them as they begin this new adventure.
