Murray Edridge Kicks Off Ordain-athon for 2023

We celebrated the ordination to the priesthood of Murray Edridge at the Wellington Cathedral on Sunday, for the first of our Priest and Transitional Deacon ordinations.

Murray, the Wellington City Missioner since May 2018, was joined by his team from the Mission for the occasion.

He said that for him ordination will build a closer connection between the church and the Mission and that his call to ordination is to more effectively demonstrate the love and compassion of Christ to those the Mission serves.
