Join a Local Mission Exposure Trip for Young Adults

Jump on board the Mission Hikoi and visit amazing christian community in the Wellington Region. 

Happening on the weekend of 14-16 August 2026

Organised by Urban Vision, the Mission Hikoi is designed to offer a taste of christian community and mission right on our doorstep. You’ll see creative expressions of hospitality, prayer, mission and radical action. Whether it’s a rural Monastery or in the urban centre of Wellington, there are so many good stories to hear and lasting memories to make. 

Who is Mission Hikoi for?
This is aimed at young adults (18-35), but others are welcome.
Are you someone who's looking for some fresh inspiration for what a Jesus life could look like?
Are you someone who's starting to wonder about your next adventure? Or just curious?
Are you someone who's got friends that you think might be up for it?

Where is it?
We'll be staying at the Ngatiawa River Monastery in Waikanae for two nights, from here we'll road trip to some other awesome communities in lower North Island.

How much does it cost?
Only $50. But if cost is a barrier please hit us up and we can figure something out together
