+Justin 10-year Bishop-versary
Thursday 30th June marked 10 years since Bishop’s Justin’s ordination as Bishop of Wellington.
Thank you to all those who sent in their secret squirrel words of appreciation for Bishop Justin’s 10-year Bishop-versary. Attached to the lappets at the back of his new Bishop’s mitre, and rolling down to the ground, were almost 6,000 words of appreciation! The hat also featured the Archbishop of Canterbury or, ‘Justin the Greater,’ giving a double thumbs up and one of +Justin, ‘the Lesser’s’, favourite phrases: PHENOMENAL.
The occasion was celebrated with a low-key Anglican Centre morning tea, complete with cake and the ubiquitous sausage rolls and Anglican Centre staff took the opportunity to pray blessings over +Justin and Jenny.
Thanks +Justin and Jenny for your authentic and sacrificial leadership in the way of Jesus over a decade. We are so grateful for you!
