Money and Mission - Bishop Justin Duckworth

What if the Church stopped asking, “What resources do we have?” and started asking, “What is God calling us to do?”

Archbishop Justin challenges us to rethink our relationship with money, mission, and faith. Through personal stories, from Cuba Street to the Ngatiawa River Monastery, he shares how God consistently resourced the vision when the vision was led by faith.

🕊️ Key themes include:

  • Living by vision, not by budget

  • Trusting God to provide for what He calls us to

  • Breaking free from dependence on historical wealth

  • Reclaiming the joy of sacrificial generosity

  • Building legacy through faith, not structure

Justin reminds us:

“Every great work of God begins with: first it’s impossible, then it’s difficult, and then it’s done.”

This talk reminds us that when God gives the vision, He always gives the provision.
