4. The Engine: Prefabrication & Delivery

The Bedrock Housing prefabricated homes factory is the key driver of our momentum and cost-efficiency.

  • •
Expedite Delivery: Significantly shorten construction timelines.
  • •
Ensure High Performance: Deliver quality, durable, affordable houses.
  • •
Optimise Sites: Efficiently construct on flat, easily accessible parish sites.

Special thanks to Nick Young and the entire Bedrock Housing team.

5. Pastoral Care: Tenancy Management

Our commitment to justice extends beyond construction. We now employ an in-house Tenancy Manager to provide professional, mission-aligned services.

Our Goal: Be the Best Landlord

This service operates on principles that are fully aligned with our Diocesan Mission and Vision, ensuring long-term stability and pastoral support for our tenants.
