Anglicans Ablaze! Global Conference open to all
Do you want to be refreshed and resourced by phenomenal speakers from global Church leaders, and prayed for by members of our African church? Of course you do!
Next week, from Wednesday 6 October, the Anglicans Ablaze Global Conference begins. This is an opportunity for anyone across our global communion to join in learning more about being disciples who make disciples, living a Jesus-shaped life.
Hear from Archbishop Justin Welby, Revd Dr Rachel Mash of Green Anglicans, Pippa and Nikki Gumbel from Alpha International, Bishop Marinez Bassotto of the Amazonia Diocese, Brazil, and many more.
In 2020, Bishop Ellie was asked to go and help lead the Anglicans Ablaze face-to-face gathering in South Africa. Then Covid-19 happened. But despite technology challenges across the African content, the team decided to go ahead with an online version because of the importance of prayer ministry during Covid. They were happily overwhelmed with the thousands of people who joined – making it the biggest gathering ever. An absolute David and Goliath moment!
This year, the whole communion is partnering together in a celebration of the kingdom flourishing despite the obstacles thrown our way in recent times. There is a deep hunger of people to connect in Spirit-filled ways.
The cost to participate is just US $5.
